You are welcomed into Canada’s “Castle in the Rockies”, the Fairmont Banff Springs, a landmark in the picturesque alpine town in Banff and located in the heart of Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site! This will be your basecamp where you will enjoy all the splendor and luxuries for a perfect Rocky Mountain retreat, however the real magic takes place when you step outside into the serenity of pristine nature.
We will begin our journey here with a short nature walk and clearly define our intentions and outcomes for this journey ahead together and what we can create through our leadership for the weekend and beyond.

Getting off the grid: Team Synergies and Wilderness Survival
As you wake up feeling enlivened from the abundance of life experiences already, you gear up for yet another adventure and another spectacular day.
Today, you will venture off the grid to a remote location in an exhilarating Helicopter excursion that will reveal untapped potential for adaptability, group synergies and wilderness survival, followed by a deeper immersion into nature with active recovery, introspection and reflection.
Reflecting on your insights from our adventures together, we will focus on visualization, creation and integration of your learnings into a clear strategy from a space of connection and purpose.

Transformation Integration: Mindfulness and Reflection
As with all great things, we don’t want them to end… and this is not the end; you are wiser than that. While your time on this adventure comes to a close, this is only the beginning of your journey of transformation. Your learnings, decisions and deep-rooted friendships will be carried with you.
On this day, we kick things off with a sunrise walk, wellness and mindfulness practice to further reinforce the insights and learnings that have come to us over the weekend, followed by our final reflection and connection exercise before you make your way back home.

You don’t try to, but instead you live into the possibilities that you have created for yourself and shine that light into your family, your friends, your vocation, and your world. Why adventure? How does adventure support the leadership journey?

Do participants need prior experience in adventure activities?
No prior experience is necessary. Our experienced guides and instructors will provide instruction and support to ensure that all participants feel comfortable and safe throughout the adventure activities.
Is this an adventure experience, executive retreat, or a leadership program?
It is all of that and more. Our programs are designed to deliver leadership distinctions and growth opportunities through adventure experiences. We believe in shaking things up and getting outside the boardroom to create transformation through experiential learning.
Why do we need to apply for an experience?
For transformation to occur, it is important to have alignment on values and mindset. We only accept candidates who are committed to radical ownership, growth mindset and are excited by the idea of pushing boundaries while embracing challenges as a means to grow.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included in the quoted price of the experience. If you need support with booking a private charter or commercial flight, we do have preferred partners that can support you with this process.
